Yes, all of the limousines that you see pictured on our web site are owned by our limousine company. Many other limousine companies will misrepresent what they have to offer. They will accept your reservation even though they do not own the limousine & are securing reservations for a limo that may not even exist! Many of these scenarios are owned & operated by brokers. You are leaving your limousine service to chance. Simply put, you may not receive the limousine you thought you were renting.

What is the cost for renting a Limousine?
The cost for renting a limousine varies. Your exact cost will depend on the following factors, which limousine rented, rental time of year, time of week, hours rented, geographic area & distance traveled. All these factors will determine the exact cost of your limousine rental. At a Dream Limousine, when you are quoted a price, there are no hidden fees.
When should I reserve my limousine?
The sooner the better! Whether you're renting the Chrysler 300 Limousine, Denali SUV limousine or Lincoln limousine, reserving the limousine now guarantees you that limo for your special event! During Northeast Florida's prom & homecoming season, if you don't book your limousine early, you may not be able to find a limousine to rent at all!
Should I sign a contract?
Always, sign a contract, no exceptions! If you don't have a signed contract, this allows a limousine company to cancel on you if they receive a better offer from another customer.
What is included in my limousine rental?
New and clean limousines, professionally trained chauffeurs, Ice, bottled water, crystal glassware, napkins & decorations if celebrating a "Special Occasion". * 48 hour notice & 3 hour rental required
Am I allowed to bring alcohol in the limousine?
Yes, as long as everyone in the limo is 21 years old with a valid I.D.
When does the limousine rental time start?
The rental time begins when your Limousine arrives at the first location at the specified time.
What if my scheduled limo rental time runs over?
Provided there are no other limousine rentals following yours, your chauffeur will be happy to accommodate you. A Dream Limousine will bill you for overtime charges in half hour increments for any overtime based on actual time used.
Does your limousine service pick up & drop off?
This is a transfer. A Dream Limousine will offer this service depending on the date & time you select. Beware of a limousine company that will offer this during weekend or peak rental times! When you are dropped off you run the risk of the limo picking up other customers, and if the other customer wants to continue their rental longer, your limo will not return back for you! A Dream Limousine will offer you a discounted rental rate if your limousine rental is for a concert, football game or racing event-just ask!
Do your drivers require a special license or training?
Yes. All of our chauffeurs are over age 25, and have impeccably clean motor vehicle driving records, and have undergone background checks. Our drivers also have "P" endorsements in addition to their license. Each driver has also had extensive chauffeur training.
What types of payment do you accept?
Cashiers Checks, Cash or Credit cards. If paying other than a credit card, you are still required to have a valid credit card available in the event of overtime or any other unforeseen circumstances.
What is the appropriate tip for my driver?
Customary gratuity is 20% of your total rental amount.
